Dina Meyer was raised and born in Forest Hills Queens New York. Just before finishing junior high, she moved from Queens and moved to Dix Hills Long Island. There are two of her siblings: an older brother whose name is Gregory as well as a younger sibling known as Evan. Her first experience in the world of entertainment came as she was modeling at the age of 9 to sixteen. Ron Stetson was her teacher at The Neighborhood Playhouse where she began studying Sanford Meisner's acting techniques for three years. Sandra Bullock was among those who were trained by this method and so were Michael Douglas, Jeff Goldblum Leslie Nielsen and Diane Keaton. Her first performance came with Beverly Hills 90210. This meant she had to move out into Los Angeles. Then, she got the lead in the movie Johnny Mnemonic, in which she was able to do all her stunts herself, and established herself as an athlete. It was through the agents that was Matt LeBlanc that she was to be able to get a regular part in the TV show Friends.
